A world map, where each country is depicted with the smallest rectangle that would cover it's territory
Minimum Rotated Rectangles: Minimum rotated rectangle for each country, and if the country is comprised of multiple polygons, explode them, then get the mrr for each part. Made for day 26 - Minimal - of the 2023 #30DayMapChallenge.
